The following 5 pictures are some "forms" of Entamoeba histolyticafound in faeces of the patient with intestinal amoebiasis in our department. Some, having two nuclei, are rarely found. In fact, some have 4 nuclei but it can not be photographed because nuclei are varying in depth. All are stained with TRICHROME.
