Clinical History:
A five-year-old boy had
had a mass in his left cheek for 1 month. Physical examination revealed
a soft tissue mass on the upper left gum with invasion of the hard palate
and a soft tissue mass 10 x 15 cm in the right lower abdomen with nodular
surfaces and firm consistency. Here are a plain film of his facial bones
(Waters projection), a plain film of his abdomen, and a barium study.
