Case 2
Clinical History: A 3-year-old boy had bilateral preauricular masses, which had developed gradually ever since he was 5 months old. He had no fever. He had received anti-tuberculous drugs for 6 months from another hospital but his masses persisted. Physical examination revealed enlarged bilateral parotid glands and hepatosplenomegaly.
