Clinical History:
        A one-year-old boy had chronic anemia and delayed development. He had been received blood transfusions every month at another hospital since he was four months old. Physical examination showed macrocephaly and hepatosplenomegaly. Here are his skull films, chest film, spine film, and long bone films.
