Clinical History:
An eight-year-old girl had
impaired vision. Physical examination revealed dislocation of the lenses
of both eyes. An aortic regurgitation murmur was heard at the upper left
sternal border. She also had arachnodactyly. Here are her chest radiographs
and cardiac MRI.
